As my son grows up I’ve watched so much of his babyhood slip away. The bottles, the sippy cups, the diapers, the changing table and the crib are all things of the past. Even just last month we converted his car seat to a high back booster seat. But one thing has remained a constant and is still a part of our routine is bath time.
Bath time has always been the time of day for us to unwind. When he was an over tired, cranky infant it was the perfect way to calm him down before bed time. When he was a high energy toddler, bath time was the perfect way to break up the day and I have to admit sometimes I let him linger in the bath, while I sat next to him reading a book. Now at nearly 4 and a half years old bath time remains part of our routine.
And while I love bath time, there is one part of bath time that neither of us love and that is the actual bathing. It is always a fight to get him to let me wash his hair. And I’ve found that one of the ways to make this go a little smoother and reduce the fighting is to have bath products that are fun, gentle on his skin and eyes and that he is excited to use.
Suave Kids products make that easy for me. The body wash is gentle on skin,, has no dyes and as an added bonus to my Disney loving son features Squirt from Finding Nemo. The 2 in 1 Shampoo (no need to lather, rinse, repeat, again!) is hypoallergenic and easy on the eyes. Making bath time just a little bit easier.
Once we get the bathing out of the way we can go back to splashing, laughing and making a big mess of the bathroom. All things that make my son really happy at bath time.
Suave and Dove products are now available at Save-A-Lot stores. I recently visited the Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey location and was happy to see some of my families favorite Suave and Dove products on the shelves. Save-A-Lot offers products at competitive prices but prices may vary on location.

Totally agree. My kids fight bath time too (I'm so hoping they outgrow this!) and if they love their kid bath products, they love bath time. A simple trick that always works!

I am so excited to see these products. TJ fights us tooth and nail to wash his hair. The one thing we must have at bath time is his Octonauts. They make things a little easier when we have to fight him…
