What is your favorite Halloween candy?
Take 5 bars they combine all my favorite things peanut butter, caramel and chocolate.
What is one of the worst “treats” you ever received in your candy bag?
There used to be a house in town that gave out apples and I always hate when people give out loose unwrapped candy, no one wants that stuff.
What was one of your favorite costumes you wore when you were a kid?
I have a memory of being Snow White once and being really excited by the costume in the box with the plastic mask, I miss those.
How about your favorite costume as an adult?
I love dressing up for Halloween. One year my friends and I were the many stages of Britney Spears, I loved that. Last year my neighbors and I were Alice in Wonderland.
What scares you most on Halloween? Spiders? Zombies? Axe murderers? Eyeballs in a jar… (or something else)?
Probably Zombies or anyone or thing that jumps out at you.
So then, what is your favorite scary movie??
I hate scary movies, they are banned in my house if I’m home and in the room. I still get nightmares and anxiety from them so they are not for me.
What is you favorite part of the Thanksgiving meal?
The wine, not sure how I’m going to survive the day without it this year. But seriously I LOVE hosting Thanksgiving and I love every bit of the meal and all the leftovers that come with.
What is your favorite piece of clothing or accessory to wear in the Fall?
Boots tucked into skinny jeans and a scarf. I love comfy layers. This is one of my favorite new fall outfits.
What is your favorite pie? If you do not like pie I will forgive you but then what is your favorite Fall dessert?
Pumpkin with extra whipped cream. Also this coconut cream pie that John’s Grandmother used to get from Maryanne Pasty Shoppe in Doylestown, it was my weakness. But his Grandmother moved closer to us and I don’t think she’s willing to drive 2 hours for pie.
Do you live where there are four seasons? If so, where is your favorite place to see the fall colors?
Yes we do and for the most part I love it, just don’t ask me about it in February. I love going to one of the parks by the house or to the pumpkin patch, just driving down the road here we see so many fall colors.
What is your favorite fall tradition?
Visiting the Pumpkin Patch we’ve done it every year since Jack was born and I love our neighbors Halloween party it gives me an excuse to dress up.
Is there anything else special about the Fall to you?
We go to Disney every Fall. This year we are going in late Fall so that we can see all the Christmas decoration. We’ve visited Disney in the Fall since I was a kid and on the years we didn’t go I’ve always felt a little homesick for Disney World.
