Last year my cookie swap experience was such a disaster that I swore I wasn’t doing it again. That next year I would just bring wine. But the annual ugly sweater / cookie swap that my Moms Club does is one of our biggest events of the year and I’m the president and pregnant so bringing wine wasn’t really an option this year. But making an easy cookie recipe definitely was an option and I instantly knew I was going to make these One Bowl Chewy Brown Sugar Cookies, because they are easy and always a hit.
I asked some of my blogging friends to share with me their easy cookie recipes and I hope that with these recipes I save you some time, stress and the joy of having to buy new cookie sheets, that I would have totally used last year.
Easy Cookie Swap Recipes
From We’re Parents
Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies – You really can’t go wrong with anything that has “triple chocolate” in the name.
Pineapple Orange Glazed Cookies – Go for these if you want to be sure no one has the same cookie as you.
From Lo-Wren
Cranberry Pumpkin Cookies – Combining two of the seasons favorite flavors, these are sure to be a hit.
From Vegging at The Shore
Ginger Chewies – A fun twist on traditional gingerbread cookies.
Pumpkin Ricotta Cookies – These are a personal favorite and I’ve been lucky enough that Marci has made them for me a few times.
From Teaspoon of Spice
Cinnamon Oatmeal Monster Cookies – These could win on name alone, and I love the combo of cinnamon and oatmeal.
From Lemons & Laughs
White Peppermint M&M Funfetti Cookies– These cookies only have 5 easy ingredients and they look super festive.
From Momma Lew
Cake Batter Christmas Cookies – One of the ingredients is cake mix, which makes these cookies really simple and delicious.
From Four Hats and Frugal
Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies – These definitely call for a large glass of milk. Sure to be a hit with the chocolate lovers.
Nutella Ricotta Cookies – Can I just say, you had me at Nutella and ricotta.
No-Bake Ritz Cookies – No bake = no brainer and these look so pretty no one will believe you didn’t bake them.
So pour a glass of egg nog and get baking without having to stress out about what cookies you will be making. And this year when everyone is raving about the cookies I made, I can say “they were really easy”.
