9 Red and Pink Valentine’s Day Cocktails

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and honestly I’m not the “go out on Valentine’s Day type”. I usually find it to be too crowded and too forced for my liking even though I enjoy celebrating Valentine’s Day. Dinner at home can be just as wonderful of an experience as going to a fancy restaurant. There is something a wonderful home cooked meal (obviously by your spouse not by you) or getting take out from your favorite place and just enjoying the night at home. These red and pink Valentine’s Day cocktails are the perfect addition to any of your Valentine’s Day celebrations.

Red and Pink Valentine's Day Cocktails make for a festive celebration.

Valentine’s Day Cocktails

From Hillary Chybinski

Pink Lemonade Cocktail  I love that this recipe uses Trader Joe’s Pink Lemonade, one of my favorites.

From Momma Lew

Cranberry Cocktail with 7Up –  The festive garnish on this totally makes it.

From We’re Parents:

Cranberry Apple Sangria with Vintage Seltzer –  I’ve recently become a fan of vintage seltzer and I love that it has no high fructose corn syrup.

Homemade Fresh Strawberry Lemonade – This non-alcoholic drink can easily be kicked up for adult consumption with some vodka.

Valentine's Day Cocktails for a fun, flirty holiday treat.

From Giggles, Gobbles and Gulps

Pink Lemonade Moonshine Cocktail – For a very adult take on Pink Lemonade try this moonshine cocktail.

Strawberry Jam Riesling Cocktail – I love that this cocktail features wine.

Mamma Chia Mimosa – I love Mamma Chia products and anything with bubbles is always perfect for celebrating.

Cranberry Hibiscus Tea Lemonade Refresher – I love the unexpected flavors in this, definitely a fun change from a traditional cocktail.

Rumchata Raspberrry Cream Cocktail – Rumchata and Raspberry, yes please, this sounds like dessert.

When planning Valentine’s Day I try to remember that it’s the little things that count. A simple meal of take out from his / her favorite restaurant paired with a homemade cocktail is just as wonderful and less costly than a fancy meal at a restaurant.

[…] We don’t make a big fuss over Valentine’s Day here. Maybe a special treat for the kids or a special meal (though usually at home because I hate dealing with the crowds). But I could get behind trying some (or all) of Wine in Mom’s Red and Pink Valentine Cocktails. […]
