Atlantic City is Open, Ways You Can Do AC

There has been a lot of bad news about Atlantic City and if you don’t live nearby or have not visited the city recently it’s easy to get the impression that it’s all bad news for Atlantic City. That visiting the city may not be safe or worth your time. The news tends to paint a view of the city that those who live nearby know is not true. Those who live here know that you can still Do AC and that there are tons of wonderful businesses and attractions that the city offers. I’ve reached out to a few of my New Jersey Blogger friends and asked them to share their favorite ways to “Do AC”.

Atlantic City is open and there are so many ways that you can #DoAC.

Jennifer from Jersey Family Fun, said her 3 favorite family friendly places are the Absecon Lighthouse, AC Aquarium and Lucy the Elephant.

Debbie from Mamanista recommends taking a day trip to AC packing a lunch, enjoying the rides at The Steel Pier and having dinner at Landshark Bar and Grill. At Landshark you can dine with a view of the ocean, the Steel Pier and the boardwalk. Landshark offers a kids menu and is very kid friendly. They also usually feature live music.

So how will you #DoAC this spring and summer? What are some of your favorite places? Check back for more fun ways to #DoAC in coming months.

Thanks for sharing so many of the Jersey Family Fun articles. We are always trying to support family travel to Atlantic City. There is so much affordable fun for kids in the AC and surrounding area.
