Every Spring it happens the weather gets nice and people start posting on Facebook things like, “Windows are open and it feels great”. Except that for me it doesn’t feel good.
Having the windows open brings in all kinds of pollen that wreck havoc on my allergies. A few year back it was so bad that just the odor from the fertilizer blowing in the windows sent me into a full blown asthma attack.
Which makes spring cleaning nearly impossible. Nothing like dusting, cleaning and working outside to trigger an allergy attack.
But this year I decided to try something different. As spring approached I started eating better. I added more veggies to my diet, exercised regularly and ate yogurt daily.
Plus I’ve added Epicor to my daily routine. Epicor is a natural immune booster and is like a vitamin for your immune system.
Epicor when taken daily has been shown to add more healthy days to your year. And as a mom I need all the healthy days I can get.
And lately I’ve had more healthy days. This spring I’ve been able to open my windows and walk my dog with out having to spend the next day lying on the couch surrounded by tissues.
Since starting Epicor and I’ve been sleeping better and waking up feeling rested, rather than being up all night with a stuffy nose and an asthma cough. And I’m hoping that as allergy season kicks into high gear this month, that I continue to breath easy and maybe even get some of that spring cleaning done.
Or at least enjoy the beautiful weather.
**I was provided with a sample of Epicor but not compensated for this post. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Wow, I have never tried this one. This year I just booked this company and I must say I was really delighted 🙂
